Luckly the stay in this apartment is for corporate housing, so it will be very short term. The building we're staying in is literally sinking into the ground. The concrete stairs leading to the front door slant to the right because of the settling. There are doors that swing open and closed on their own.
I read a few of the other reviews and they're right about the parking. We're currently parked in the handicapped parking by the office because our "assigned" spot is blocked due to construction. The construction is for drains to drain water away from a garage that floods when it rains.
The management here seems nice enough most of the time. They can have a bit of an attitude, moreso when you're in the office complaining about something else gone wrong. We've been here about two weeks and have had to go to the office about parking 4 or 5 times, our mailbox keys twice, plugged venting for the drier (which didn't really get fixed), and complaining about children using the decorative waterfall by the pool as a diving board.
The apartments do look nice, atleast the one we're in does. The noise level can be bad at times. Our neighbors arn't loud so it's not an issue. There are things that need to be fixed such as the section where the carpet ends and the kitchen floor starts. The metal strip is coming up and the nails were sticking out. I also noticed a spot in the kitchen infront of the sink where the laminate sticks to my bare foot a bit and I can feel it coming off the floor.
Just the lack of caring or ability to correct problems by the managment is enough to tell someone not to move here. The horrible parking adds more negativity. The unsafe condition of the structure sinking into the ground is the icing on the cake though.

Parking is a builder problem not a maintenence issue. If you complained or reported the issue and then they responded/corrected the issue then they are doing their job. You can't help from problems occurring its how the complaint is handled and the timliness of the repair you should be grading!

You misspelled 'timeliness.' Your opinion doesn't count if your grammar is poor.
