This is a great apartment complex. The staff is like family, maintanance is the best, friendly and very fast. The apartment are very spacious and the prices are good compared with what is available out there for the same sqft! The place is beutiful and you really feel at home. Its like a little retreat place in Irving. Many activities in the month made by the Cares group give you the oppt. to meet your neighbors. The only downsize is that there are not parking available for visitors but everything else is awsome. I plan tobe here for yoears to come. I will recomend it to my family and therefore to everybody I care about and friends

Yes, the parking is terrible. There is no where for your guest to park when they come to visit you and that is very frustrating. Also, the apartments are very quiet, except for the NASTY pigeons on my balcolny that will not leave and the maintenance staff hasn't done anything about them! So, if you see pigeon poop on your balcolny do not move into that apartment because you will never get rid of them and you won't be able to enjoy your patio...that sucks!
