They don't seem very competent...get everything in writing...They do not write down repairs when called in so you have to call a few times..it may take a bit.Maintenance are wonderful guys. Some of the girls up front have horrible attitudes....some are nice but still beware. The apartments are very nice but are noisy as most apartments especially going in and out of doors. I would rent here again if I had to do it over but after over 1 year I won't be renewing lease...I don't think they care whether you stay or not and it is a lot of vacancies here. No extra parking. I think they are more corporate short stay favorable.
