Parking issues and high utilities From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   I lived in a 3 bedroom when I first moved there. I loved the apt I was in. But utilities were outragiously high. Then there is the issue of parking. You pretty much only have your garage and drive to park in. Almost all the parking spaces are reserved. Other people park in your drive and block you in. We moved to a 2 bedroom as at the time management and maintance were great and we liked living there. The ceilings were vaulted so the utilities were as high as they were in the 3 bedroom. Again no parking. When I left things were rediculious. While I was there management changed and each time they changed the books got jacked up. I had to find cancelled checks and money order stubs to prove what I had paid. So that really stinks too.
