Excellent Staff! Nice place to live. Very peaceful environment. I love the location...walking distance from Walgreen's, Taco Bell, Pollo Regio, and a convenience store and gas station right next door.
The apartments themselves are well remodeled and nicely maintained.

The parking is very well-lit and and safe. Maintenance people fix problems quickly and correctly the first time.

The property Manager "Guadalupe" is a very nice. She has a great attitude and treats the tenants with complete respect. I highly recommend SUNRISE Apts. in Irving.
