Surry Oaks East Apartments

I would recommend this apartment complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/22/2001 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001   The complex is convienently located, within 1 mile from major mall, grocery store, food establishments, walmart, kmart, oshmans,staples, gas stations, new laundromat not to mention 2 laundry facilities on complex. Good school district, within walking distance of bus route and within 2 miles of Trinity Rail Express, connecting Dallas to Fort Worth. Maintaince on site, manager on site. Grounds are well kept up each week. Well kept pool, sauna, fittness room leaves a little to be desired. but fairly secured with a coded lock, so only tenants use the facilities. we have lived here for 2yrs and contracted for 1more year, the rent goes up with each contract renewal. by signing a 2yr contract our rent only increased $15 vs $50 for 1yr renewal.
