Terrace Apartments

3 words. DON'T DO IT! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I spent 2 years at this complex. I finally got fed up with this place, gave my notice and left. Here, you could watch Cops on tv, turn it off, look out the window and see the same exact thing. The police were there on a daily basis. And yet there's still other problems too. The office personal were completely lousy. They sent out notices to people who should get notices and never gave notices to people who should have gotten them. They were rude to tenants and unable to do their jobs right. The office never opened on time and was always closed anywhere from 1/2 hour to an hour before the scheduled time. Maintenance was never anywhere to be found. And when they did do work it was shoddy. I found myself usually repairing their mistakes after they left. I'm glad to be out of this place. It's sad too. The complexes on either side of the Terrace Apartments are well kept and the tenants seem to be happy there. But then again, the Terrace is owned by a different management company then the other 2 are. What ever you do, don't waste your money here.
