I used to live at these apartments and I still have a family member that does. I moved in late 2002 and promptly moved out when my lease was up due to domestic violence next door where the boyfriend busted the girlfriends window and there was blood all over the concrete and splattered across my door, and the apartments never cleaned it up. Drug busts, load cars crusing through the apartments with their bass all the way up at 2-4am, 8-12 people yelling in the pool til all hours of the night. The management staff didnt care. Ofcourse they change management every month so no one seems to know anything. Late charges for rent and water you have receipts for and if you dont show them in 24 hours then you will recieve an eviction notice. But if the office isnt open during BUSINESS HOURS what are you to do. Not to mention when I would come home from work I would have to park 2 buildings away on the opposite side because there were 8 taxi cabs from the one apartment, and a whole bunch of cars that didnt live there. Now when i visit my family I see cuss words written on the wall by someone who cant even spell i.e. "bicth." And its on the first floor, if the property management walked the property they would know what is going on there, but obviously they don't because that, omung other words are still written across the wall with permanent marker. You would think they would want to get rid of it with prospective lessees coming to view thier apartments, but nahhhh thats the kind of people that they want around. Its really sad too because I had a really nice apartment but Im sure they will get tired of cleaning up messes one day and maybe they will raise the rent from 200month to an actuall rent, and deter the "ghetto birds" to live there. Surely doubt it.

I live here but about to move in 2 weeks it's HELL on wheels. Please don't move in because you're going to regret it. There's people out the gazoo walking around everywhere even if they don't live there. Noise is ridiculous don't expect to sleep at night and be prepared to be critized everywhere you look. Management is pathetic they just smile NO ACTION!!! It's awful there's 5-9 people crammed into 1 apartment. Sounds and looks like you're in a club on week days. Weekend nights are ok because they all go but watch out during the day.. They're all hung over and trash the place everywhere. They're Teenagers running up/down stairs hit cars. It's actually a nice place have nice layout but yeah I hope they raise rent and get their act together. And it's true the freaks come out at night. Males hit their gfs yelling, screaming banging on walls smoke reeks out from pipes. It's just horrible. And don't even try to complain because it's useless. Management only sees renters as numbers not people.
