i live at the texans, it is an awful place. never no hot water, they don't fix the washers when they break down. there is 2 or 3 washers now that don't work. they don't pick up trash on the grounds. they have had the city called on them. no manager on property no mantience workers either. people do what they want to do. it is cheap rent i guess that is why most people stay. thanks, sharon warren, my email is sharon0101@verizon.net.

these are the most worst place to live drug dealing and no hot water and are just a dump and the worst apartments to live in irving
