Hate This Place.

My husband and I have lived here for over a year now and hate it. We will definitely be moving when our lease is up.
The management, parking, noise, and bug problems are are terrible. Good luck ever getting in contact with the management unless you go stand in the office for over an hour and wait until they have nothing better to do but to talk to you. Calling will get you nothing, you will have to leave message after message and you will never get anything back.
Our AIR CONDITIONING stopped working in our bedroom and they never fixed it. They came by twice, didn't listen to the messages I left saying it was only the vents in the bedroom and bathroom that had stopped working - tested the ones in the living room and said everything worked fine and left. They never fixed it. Since then we have switched apartments so hopefully nothing goes wrong in this one or we will probably just have to live with it until our lease is over.
There are only a few visitor spots available, which are always full so your friends will probably be towed.
There are roaches, TONS of crickets, and spiders everywhere and when they FINALLY spray to kill them, they leave all the dead ones lying around or sweep them into YOUR trash closet, what a lovely surprise that was!
There is a common room downstairs with a small kitchen, refrigerator, tvs, and a pool table, but dont expect to ever get to use any of it. When we first moved in, you could unlock the door with your provided remote and use the areas whenever you wanted, now there is a curfew and I work late at my job so I am paying for a tiny apartment with no extra community amenities because they decided when I should be allowed to use the facilities.
We've had two different apartments here and everywhere we go the noise is awful. Tons of parties and loud music all over the entire complex.
We can not wait to get out of this place. For the price all you are paying for is a pretty apartment, you don't get quality service or an overall quality experience here.

You can't be living in the same complex and saying all of this negative stuff. Maybe that is why you are anonymous. I'm retired from the military and walk through this complex every day and night. I experience none of the loud music that you're referring to. This is an apartment, not a house, and if you want complete and total silence from your neighbors maybe you should consider buying a house way out in the country where there is knowone else around but you. I don't know what floor your apartment is on but I reside on the 4th floor and there is no bugs, roaches, or any other critters crawling around my apartmet. Are you sure that you didn't bring them with you? In addition, anytime I've ever put in a work order it was done within 24 hours if not immediately. Lastly, I call the office many times and have rarely got the voicemail. Falah or some other staff member has always managed to answer my calls and take care of my needs. I can agree with you on the parking situation but all of your other complaints seem to be a personal grudge of some kind. Did someone piss you off? All I can say is that your complaints seem way over the top and exaggerated at best. I hope the people reading your post don't believe everything they read. Hopefully your lease will be over soon and you can find somewhere that makes you happy and gives you quiet! Maybe a retirement home will work well!
