I had to get all of my stuff out of this apartment as soon as I showed these pictures to a doctor. He recommended a good lawyer to me, and I contacted the lawyer and sent in pictures to him. We will be filing a lawsuit by the beginning of next week. The lawyer is also getting me out of my lease. He said since the mold was causing the leisions on my sons head that we will be able to be "fully compensated". I hope this brings judgement to many suffering tenants that currently have mold in their units and don't even know it. Make sure to check inside your AC vents, all of them. Check inside the cabinets, underneath the cabinets, above them, in the bathrooms, in the fridge dishwasher and microwave. We had it tested and found traces of spores in all of those places.

I recommend no one to move here, my son broke out from the spores coming in contact to his pillow. Testing is being done to make sure that the spores trace back to some areas around his bed and the carpet where he plays.

Well I???ll be honest I???m not sure I can say it???s the ???Worst Property Ever??? but I will admit it???s down there towards the bottom of the cesspool!
