So, if you notice, this will be the 286th review posted on this apartment complex. Notice the other reviews' 77 was the most I have seen. The old saying that if you have a good experience you will tell a few people but if you have a bad experience you will tell everyone you know....it holds true to this apartment complex. So, the 285 people before this post are, for the most part, telling you about how horrible of a complex this is and they are right on the money. This place stinks to high heaven. PLEASE, don't waste your time, energy, and most importantly your money moving here. You WILL regret it!

No, this place does not stink. Lake Carolyn gives it a nice breezy feeling. I have lived here 3 years. And although it is not a luxury place, it has it's charm and you don't get ripped off with the rent...
