I have lived here over 4 years and have enjoyed this place.
It is getting old , so I would suggest that you see the apartment you're renting to make sure it's OK. Living by the lake is a plus. The owner needs to upgrade the place , no doubt about it. I called it a castle because it is surrounded by water like a moat.

I hve lived here for 2 years and I can't say the same. I looked at the apt several times prior to moving in and the staff was friendly, answered all of my questions, and took time to talk with me about things I saw that concerned me prior to moving in. I have been treated very poor since moving in even curt at times. I love the location and the lake is beautiful but right now my fountain is green so I keep my windows closed and the pool is green so I can't swim. My toilet has been down for several days and the mgt does not think it is an emergency or priority. Had I not known how to shut the water off to the toilet my apt and neighbors would have been floating by now. My fireplace billows smoke when try to have a fire and that has not been fixed, looked at but not fixed. My fireplace and french doors leek like a sive when it rains, again looked at but not fixed. These are the kind of things people complain about. I love my apt and the location however I feel a bit deceived by the poor responce to issues by mge.

I have live here for about 2 years myself and I agree. They kiss you butt to get you in here and then its like all hell breaks loose. I have electrical problems with my bathroom and my tub leaks. The walls and windows might as well not exist because I can jump into someones conversation right out side and I am sure they would be able to hear me.
Lovely place to visit but not the best place to live I must say.

You people need to call the Irving building inspector or code violations. All you mentioned would be fixed in a day or you could call someone to fix and deduct from rent!
