I was going to live at the Cabochon of Las Colinas but because of poor communication and they wanted us to put a $2000 dollar deposit down to get approved to move in I decided to move some were else. When I ask for my $350 dollar deposit back the manager Shelly said that I would get $300 back which is fine. But after waiting a month and half for may check it was only $100 dollar. Shelly know refuses to give me my $200 dollars back.

you cant sue them. its rediculous. my husband painted here and they owed him 8,000 for a months work. They told him it would take three months to process the payment and get the check from corporate. After 3 months, he went to collect his money and they said they had "no record" of him. Luckily, he had invoices with the accountants signature. He threatened to sue and put a lien on the property. They told him to contact corporate...he did for a month no one picked up. They are located in Boston? Which is far from Texas but we decided he would have to fly out there and speak with them in person. As soon as we were about to buy plane tickets, we learned that the VP was going to be at the apartments the next day (to deal with all the breakins that were going on that they had on the news and the mold issues I guess) They neglected to tell us that at the office. We tried calling corporate one last time and when a receptionist FINALLY answered my husband told her he was suposed to meet with the VP today and that he needed a cell number to contact him. Miraculously, she gave it to my hussband and he called him. He sat up at the office all day waiting for him becuase the assistants and managers said that he was "in a meeting" so he sat on his ass until he eventually came out of the office. Basically they giv you the run around. After having his cell number and bothering the crap out of him he overnighted a check. I would never recommend for anyone to do business or move into these crappy apartments.

God Bless you and any or everyone who has to deal with this group it is truly the most unorganized, unethical, lie to your fac, cantankerous, biggest waste of time I ever experienced. Run as far as you can from here and save yourself some peace or if you just like agravation dive in, you will definetly get a barrel full. Just ask for Debbie the manager she is 1st on the list.
