this place is a dump
don't be fooled by the location, the only reason they have residence is that they have the lowest prices in the area, but trust me it is not worth it.
here is a list of things that we encountered
1- lack of security (someone broke into our car)
2- Mold, we are truly considering taking them to court (sick 2 years old)
3- bad AC (they never fix)
4- Roaches lots and lots of them
5- very high electric bill
6- and worst of all the worst management that i had to deal with ever
very very rude, they don't care and they don't have anyone to check on them
but i am hoping that the court might make them listen

I found the management company:

Private Company, Headquarters Location
175 Federal St., Boston, MA, United States
(617)603-7000, (617)603-7097 fax, http://www.metprop.com

I called Cabochon and they wouldn t give it to me so I googled Management Properties America and found this article about Metroplitan which mentioned them as M/P/A and that they are Boston based and their acquisition of the Cabochon.

You are having problems with bug also? I have killed four roaches in the last month. I had to write a formal letter for repairs to my dishwasher and sink. I want to know how to get rid of the bugs..

watch out i was doing some reserch on these type of roches they're called German Roaches. The German cockroach is one of the most common roaches found in apartment houses, restaurants, and hotels. German cockroaches (eggs included), are "brought in", usually on man's belongings, luggage, boxes or packages. All it takes, is bringing in one egg capsule, six months later you do have an infestation. so make sure that they don't move out with you anyway just google German Roaches and you'll get a few ways to fight them, so far i have not been very successful, but good luck to you

I bet you could get a lot of people to back you up on anything that you need to back up the lawsuit! I have to flag down the on mant. people in the parking lot in order to get anything fixed! The one time someone actually helped me at the apartments was a girl that was bran new, it was her first day! I have seriously considered standing by the leasing office to warn the people coming in to go away on my days off!
