Horrible place and they won't fix their mold problem!!

My niece lives at this complex and we are doing everything we can to get them to get the mold out of her apartment!! For over 6 months, her ceiling has been leaking in from the wall/stairwell and we have pulled the padding up from under most of the carpet because it is ruined. They keep saying they are fixing the problem but not as of yet. You can see mold in her vents and their answer was painting over it 3 months ago - it's back!!! She is moving and they will give her no consession on the problems this has caused - last night it flooded her halway again and the boxes we have already packed are now wet!! All this on top of she has had her car towed (on a Sunday when NO RETAIL IS OPEN!!) because there is no where to park... I would not put my dog in this complex!!
