Not as nice as it looks...

I had numerous problems living here, which started before I moved in. It took me 3 weeks after I lived there to get a full set of working keys. The staff always told me to come back next week, then when I showed up, they didn't have the keys. Anyway, the access gate to the garage is broken more often then not - and there is a problem with cars constantly being broken into. Maintenance is horrible - it took one and a half months for me to get a leaking faucet repaired! The management usually doesn't answer the phone when you call, and they do not return missed phone calls. If you do talk to a staff member about a problem, they are not apologetic, but instead they are rude and seem to care less. The parking garage uses elevators which may seem nice at first, but they are really slow and break often, and there is not a stairwell to the parking garage. The only set of stairs takes you to the outside of the building. Overall, this is the worst apartment that I lived in - it looks nice from the outside, but the complex is really old and rundown - there are much nicer properties with fewer problems for your money.
