When I arrived, this was a nice place to live with a great staff. Now it has declined so much I am willing to break my lease and pay the rest of the contract just to get out. I moved from one unit to another in May 2008. I made maintanance requests in June for a broken AC unit, broken refrigerator, windows that don't close and list goes on. I called 5 times for each item, literally. I got one response where the maintanance man told me the fridge needed to be replaced and was on order. In November 2008 I made all the same requests IN WRITING, had them sign that they received the requests and today, May 11, 2009, I have still not gotten even a call. I can't tell you how many cars have been broken into. The gates don't work, the doors to the buildings don't lock and of course, my windows don't shut correctly. All things considered, I really dislike this place.

I have made at least 10 maintanence requests for the same problems that have existed for over 8 months and I still have not had anything fixed. However they are johnny on the spot to put a notice on your door if you are 10min too late to pay rent. F*** these apts.!!

Did anyone see the apartment fire yesterday? The resident in that unit said the fire came from within the wall. It appears that it was faulty wiring. No death... No injury... this time.

how did you like the nice explanation letter that went out saying that it was the tenants fault. what a bunch of jerks!
