Once nice, but now a rip-off

This complex has declined with each new owner. The current one let all the trees and landscaping die - we've had nothing but bare earth in the planters outside our unit for 3 years. The pools are always dirty, the halls are no longer swept, the maintenance staff is overworked and overburdened. Only 1 of the 2 elevators works at a time -- with heart-stopping stops and stuck doors. Obvious signs and smells of drug use from newer tenants, loud raucous late night revellers. Guarenteed leaks after hard rains in the walls and garages. The last straw was today when there was a fire at 2:00 p.m., and as of 11:00 p.m. the alarms were still going off. We are out of here as soon as our lease is up -- be prepared, Cabochon, our 60 day notice is coming your way.

I live in the building that caught on fire. I'm on the first floor and as of 2:30 PM today the alarms were still going off and water was still dripping from the lights in the hallways. It's surreal, something you would see in a horror film. So glad that I'm out of there in less than a month!!

I second that 110%, if I had the sufficient time I would go out of my way to stand in front of the leasing office and discourage anyone looking to move here. These apartments are pathetic! The Management is even worse, I cannot type what I want to say about them. Trust me, take your hard-earned money to a place that treats you well.

One of the 6 story buildings in phase I that faces the west, 2nd floor. not sure of the building number. The apt faces building 3 by the mailboxes. They decided ti light the outdoors storage area on fire, shocked it was not sooner cuz all those people do is party in that apt with yelling and loud music all hours of the night.
