Before you rent this place, make sure to ask the management to tour you around and make sure ask the following. The list of the problems below has been promised so many times that they fix it. Guess what my list is list is about to end and I haven't seen any changes and it's getting worst...
SEE THE PICTURES I HAVE UPLOADED......! I will upload more......!
1. Old elevators continue to break down that you have to use the stairs.
2. You will be provided with the remote control for the parking gates however, the gates is not working.
3. Whole way by the parking garage Elevators is FLOODED all the time. DANGEROUS during winter season.
4. Apratment gates are NOT KEYLESS ENTRY. You will be provided with a key for useless gates.
5. Gates are BROKEN
6. Whole way are DANGEROUS during winter season and rainy season because too slippery
7. BUGS, SPIDERS, COCKROACH are everywhere
8. Garden area and most of the whole are stinks because of dogs ----
9. Swimming pools are NASTY
10. LOUD music due to BAD INSULATION.
11. Ceiling leaks
12. Bathroom stinks due to an OLD SEPTIC TANKS
13. GYM exercise equipments are not working. It's just for a display
14. Before I forget.... The FIRE ALARM will go off in the middle of the night and it's been going on let twice a month.
I think that's all for now....
But make sure ask the management to give you a tour, so you'll see it. Don't believe them if they say it's under renovation, believe that's what they told me a year ago.
Don't make mistake like I did. I ignored those reviews before but now I believe....
They're RIGHT!

i wanted to walk around just to see inside but the gates seemed to work fine to get INTO the courtyard. I did notice the shingles as i was walking around were in need of repair and or paint. and it didnt seem as NICE as it did from afar. I guess you have to have a code to get inside. But i wanted to see alone before i went to leasing office. But as a single woman i am concerned with garage and entry to courtyard security...
