I went in to give my 60 day notice to MOVE THE HELL OUT and I spoke with somebody at the front that sounded like she knew what the heck she was talking about. She seemed very knoweledgable, she was wanting to know the reason for me moving and what she could do to make me stay, i was a little impressed I must say.... she was very professional and she said that she was the new property accounting girl and the girl in the front said they have a new manager'''''''''''' we'll see how this goes.
Well Ill give it a shot!
ITs a great location. But the upkeep in just terrible. I can start to see a little change. I hope they know what they are doing.
Ill post again next month and give you an update on the new changes that they claim will happen.

that's what happens when someone dies on your property and a building catches on fire during the same week.

Someone passed? wow... wow... well the new Management sure has their work cut out for them. I wish them luck cause that other crew ran it completely into the ground.
someone called the cops on your guest? were they being loud and disfespectful or something? That sounded sort of unusual. I am sure that person had a valid reason for calling the police.

yes.... you should keep a list of EVERY problem that you have and the dates of the problems. This includes ALL problems, whether it be with your actual apartment, the building you live in, or the actual property itself. Take pictures, save documents, KEEP DOCUMENTATION. Schedule a meeting with the property manager, confront her with all the information, and ask her how in her right mind can she justify increasing rent when the f'ing place is falling apart!!! So far so good for me. My only hang up is that I have to get Direct TV which sucks for me. I've minor issues with my apt build 385. Mostly it's the people on the 3rd floor that piss me off. THere is a trash chute and people don't seem to know how to throw trash there. They just open the door and put the trash in there waiting for someone else to throw it down the chute. Pisses me off cause my apt is right next the the damn chute.
