I have been at this place over a month now and have nothing but problems. The day I signed my lease and came to get my keys went to my apartment the keys didn't even work, then went back to the office to complain and let them now like always the terrible staff politely says what is your apartment number and your name and phone number we will get this taken care of today. I came back a couple of hours later still no key then staff promises me you will get your keys by the end of the day, so I then came back about 30 minutes before closing to pick my keys up now all of the sudden maintenence had a emergency and they couldn't make me a set of keys until the next day.I guess it is good that I have family here so I had a place to stay for the night and did not have to pay for a hotel knowing that I had turned in my keys to my last apt. Not to mention that the hall ways smell like mildew and the air in your apt barely blows you have to turn the air all the way down and leave on all day 24-7 for it to even begin to cool you can put your hand directly over the vwnt and feel nothing that is pathetic..so you know what that means meaning high electricity bill on the come up..waiting to see my first bill I know it is going to over the roof!!!! Let me rewind for a minute on when I got my keys which I had to wait until the next day spend the first couple of nights me and my fiancee wake up the usual get ready for work get resdy to walk out the door and the freaken door handle just falls off we look at each other and realized that we are stuck in our apartment that was crazy had to call my sister wake her up to come open the door from the outside so we could go to work such an inconvenience. Left work early to go talk to the wonderful staff lol!! to let them know like always what is your name apartment number and phone number this will be resolved today asap!!! yeah right ince again never seen or heard from them the rest of the day had to stay another night at family's house.Back to the key issue that we never thought to check if our mailbox key worked should have assumed that since our apartment key did not work to check if mailbox key worked didn't cross our mind at the time because our mail had been forwarded to family until we decided to get it forwarded to our new address we done the change over two weeks ago and over two weeks ago is when we went to check our mail to find that the key did not work again patience I wanted to go to that office a just curse the whole damn staff out and ask them what kind of business are you people running here but again politely went to the office addressed them of the issue again name, number, apt number etc.. we will have a key cut for you asap!! well now it is 2 1/2 weeks later still no mailbox key usual I'm not a person to always have to check the mail but I am getting ready to go on maternity leave and I have importnat docs that I have to get signed and returned in a timely manner to make sure I get paid from work so I can continue to pay this dump of a place their rent for the next year that I am stuck here then they need to get me my damn mailbox key!!! AGAIN DO NOT MOVE HERE IT WILL BE YOUR BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I MOVED HERE AND IGNORED THEM I WISH I HAD LISTENED TO THEM. SO IF YOU DON'T WONT TO GAG YOUR @SS OFF IN THE FIRST FLOOR PARKING GARAGE OF THE TRASH THAT SMELLS UP THE WHOLE PARKING GARAGE MAKES YOU WANT TO THROW UP AND WANT GOOD AIR CONDITIONING AND A CARING STAFF THAT WANT TO HELP YOU THEN STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT IS A DUMP DON'T LET THE OUTSIDE AND LOCATION FOOL YOU i THINK THAT IS EVERY PERSONS MAIN LINE I AM GOING TO SAY IT AGAIN DO NOT LET THE LACATION AND OUTSIDE FOOL YOU!!!!

this place is a DUMP! my lease ends at the end of July and i have been waiting for this day for 12 months... UHHHGgg. it might not be too late for you to get out! RUN RUN RUN!
