I have lived here for 2 years, I pay WAY too much for this piece! I have had NO AC for over a week, they say they will fix next day, but nothing.... TO those with the same problem, i talked to city of irving and you need to call 972-721-4929 and leave a formal complaint, if apt does not fix ac in 24 hours, they are required to get you relocate you or something.. i talked to the property code officer for city of irving! Lots of complaints about this property he said!! I have had huge roaches, water leaks from the washer hook ups that they claim are fine, but I paid a guy to come see if it was my washer- two visits show that it is the hook ups... they haven't fixed that either. Fire alarms go off at 3 am and last for 45 mins, we were never told why. Location is great, but not worth it due to a staff that is horrible, never answers phone or fixes problems. I picked this place for location, size for price and security..... well gates are NEVER locked, and I feel I should not have to pay a inflated price when the things I signed the lease for are not even working.. .one gate doesn't even have a lock on it to allow it to lock!!! MY ADVICE>>>> DO NOT MOVE IN! I can't wait to get my job in NYC and move out of here!!!
