This complex has been the worst ever (and I have lived in plenty). They have huge roaches everywhere; inside the apartments and in the hallways. They also have a wiring problem (according to the staff) that causes the fire alarm to go off everytime it rains! Not to mention that tenants keep playing with the fire alarm and spraying the halways with the fire exinguisher. They do not have good maintenance workers and when they get an ok worker they don't last (I heard they don't want to pay much and that management is terrible). It takes them several weeks to respond to a repair/issue and most of the time you have the same issue again within days because it was not properly repaired. To top it off, there have been several security incidents; car broken into, tires slashed! Save yourself the headache of dealing with all this nonesense; Don't Move Here!
