Before I moved here, and even after I first lived here I would checkthese ratings and think "WOw, those people just really like to complain!" Well it's all true. The management frequently changes, either giving you the "we just got here excuse" or many empty promises. I have had a leak in my living room since April 2008 - that's 16 months. It was patched up outside once. It was partch up inside once; the duct tape still remains on the interior. Every time it rains I have to move furniture nad unplug electrical equipment. It is very inconvenient. Also, my air conditioning is broken for the 2nd time this summer. LAst time it took a whole week to repair. Texas is hot in case anyone is new to area.... I am moving out in 2 days and cannot wait! Please take these reviews into consideration before you are stuck with a commitment and a crappy apartment that you hate. The price is good, but you get what you pay for.

There is still a huge hole in my ceiling where it leaks when it rains---I've got to leave a bucket underneath to catch all of the water. I'm on the first floor, how is that possible (I'd hate to know what happens on the 2nd & 3rd floors). RENTER BEWARE!

haha - yeah, every review is 100% true. Sad, too, because this place has some real potential!
