Then I feel sorry for you!
This property is in ill repair, and is crime ridden. In the 3 months that I worked (yes an ex-employee - and I couldn't get out of there fast enough)there was a car break in daily. By the time I left police cars were constantly in front of the property. We were told to tell residents its to "ensure your safety", but really the city of Irving decided to get involved because ownership refused to change anything.
As a long time employee in the apartment industry, the first thing each of you should do is call the city of Irving code inspection. this is every Property Managers nightmare. That number is (972) 721-2600, ask for Code Inspection.

I feel sorry for me, too! The Shores/Cabochon truly is a nightmare. How they are still open with all the code violations amazes me.
