Don't know, but doubtful without a cancellation charge. Are there any Code Violations specific to your apartment or building? I would guess that would be your best route to take to try and avoid charges I'm sure they will attempt to slap on. Good luck, though!

Me love Cabo. Why you no likie? Black mold growing in unit is a great accent piece. White walls and beige carpet can be so drab. Mold is like bringing a little bit of nature right into your bedroom. And the entertainment is priceless. I love the never ending fountain escapades. They work for a week, are broken for a month, the water festers, then the cyle repeats. A good time had by all...
