This property has seen a flury of mismanagement and horrendous service. In fact I not only let loose here awhile back, but I lost it in the office a few months back on an employee named Shelly who promised me the world and delivered nothing. I guess she's not there anymore. However, I must say, recently things have seemed to start and turn around. It is laughable at how bad the service got earlier this year (I don't have enough space), but there seems to be professional peeps on the ball these days. I'd hate to be the one in charge of cleaning this place up. With that said, there are no empty promises...rather a cold truth coming from the office. It borders weird but I prefer that to the latter. Its keeping me here.

The area is great and I love being in Las Colinas... it is cheap here and I've surrendered to the fact that you get what you pay for.. I looked into other places around here and the prices are through the roof!! I guess if you can sacrifice brand new and have some patience, its worth the discount, at least in my opinion until the economy turns around. I've found that if you want perfection you'll have to pay for it...service' They seem to be working on it.
