We were given a reduced application rate (special education rate) when we decided to move in here...and then we put some money down to secure a good rate. We never heard back from anyone about an apartment, and when we finally spoke to someone, after no less (I am being completely honest here) 17 calls and messages, they told us that they would not refund the reduced amount but would be keeping the difference between that and the rate we paid out of our downpayment....so we were out $50 for nothing.....they are the ones who dropped the ball and never got us an apt....never returned calls...and then refused to refund the correct amount. PLEASE DO NOT BE SILLY LIKE WE WERE!!! We thought we were resonable people and wouldn't have the problems of other people on this site - silly us!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

What I find odd is the HUGE number of vacancies (just stand in any hallway and listen to all the smoke alarms beep due to low batteries), and yet the leasing office makes no effort to fill the vacanies. I contacted them 3 times on-line asking for rental rates, and other than a form response NEVER received any info on the units. After 3 attempts I rented aat another complex in the area. It's laughable management could be so incompetent.

Well I understand the incompetence of some of the staff and previous management but the new management in place are doing the best they can do. I have lived here for more the 5yrs and I have seen management come and go. I honestly feel and see the change that the new managment in place is doing. I also know that they have all of the mess to clean from not only managment but also maintenance. They stepped into a big mess but I beleive its getting taken care of. But only time will tell Felix

I take that back I went into the office a few weeks ago and to my suprise new managment once again in the office. I recall speaking to Hispanic Gentleman by the name of Jose who pardon my french "knew his ----". He tried his hardest to get me to stay and renew my lease And I told him I would consider it. After several conversations with him I decided it was time to meet him face to face. Well when I go into the office it took them at last no lie 10 minutes to acknowledge my presences. I was thinking to myself this is absurd. Then a tall slender ------- american lady comes out and tell's me if she could help me . I looked at her and asked are you the manager or assistant maanger Jose becasue I only want to speak to one of them. Sh replied with a very sarcastic tone well im the leasing manager Darla. I think she is from Africa becase i didn't quite understand what in the world she was saying. Regardless She informs me that Jose is no longer working here. I asked her why is that. She replied to me again because he wasnt doing his job correctly. I was so outraged becasue like I said before 5yrs living in this hell hole Jose was the only guy that seemed to be genuine and actually felt concerned with my problems. I honelstly taught The problems would et fixed. Every negative question I had for him he had a great rebuttle. So I said fine can I speak to the manager she has the nerve to tell me I need to make an appointment with her. I dont know who she thinks she is but rude,egotistical,arogant employees like her are running the business into the ground. So much for me renewing . My lease is up and I am out of there.... They made a terrible mistake by allowing Jose to walk . If anyonw knows where is please let me know I would love to live where he works. Felix
