I presently have mold growing in my closet due to a leak in the roof! Management does not seem to care!!!! I have called them 6 Times, and per management, " Your apt isnt the only apt experiencing this problem, once it stops raining we will get the roof fixed"..., Roof fixed''' What about the damn mold growing in my closet'!!!!! I strongly suggest cooking out in front of the damn office, and fore warn any potential new suckers!!! I cant wait till my lease is up!!! This place is hazardous to my and my families health!!! This is definately a slum lords property!!!

Not only do I have mold and rain in my closet, but my bedroom ceiling leaks each time it rains! I have pans everywhere to catch the rain. Please see the pics for yourself...

I have mold growing in my kitchen pantry (after the water heater busted and the water just sat). There is also a hole in my ceiling where water pours through every time it rains. The bucket always stay there. Management has known about these issues for several months.

As per City of Irving Code inspection, call them at 972 721 2600 to file a report and they will fill you in as to what steps to take next. My family and I cant wait till our lease expires in Dec. Goodluck
