Nice, good prices, friendly staff From: Kimberly1 Date posted: 12/11/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   The layouts are nice and apt complex looks clean and well kept. I found that this is one of the nicer complexes for the price in the Valley Ranch area. I've had some problems with my apt (leaky pipes, bad paint job by some contractors) but the staff has been exceptionally nice, readily willing to accomodate. Overall, good place to live with a fair price.
