This was the worst renting experience I have ever been a part of. When I first moved in, to the end, there were problems after problems. On the day I moved in the apartment was a wreck, stains on the carpet (that never came out), rust stains from the AC dripping into the bathtub, dirt and trash in the apartment. Just a miserable apartment. They played it off as a miscommunication between the maintenance crew and the cleaning crew. I had to wait in the hallway for three hours before I could move in while they cleaned the place. There were multiple maintenance problems from a plugged AC drip line causing water to soak in the ceiling, to a cracked bathroom sink and unsecure countertops. They also had an ant problem that their only solution to was putting out ant bait. The maintenance crew was unreliable as it took upwards of a week to fix most problems.
I also had to move out unexpectedly before my lease was up and they were not forgiving or understanding in the least. I was stuck paying rent, water and utilities until they got around to releasing the apartment. On top of that I still had to pay a reletting fee of 85% of one months rent. EVERYONE I know that has had to break a lease has had to pay at most two months rent and nothing more. My current apartment is one and a half month's rent and that is it.
After I moved in I found out from some classmates that there are numerous apartments just a few blocks further off of Highway 635 that are $100 to $200 a month cheaper.
With all that I had to endure, never did I receive an apology for the move-in fiasco or any of the maintenance problems. The people working there had no concern for their renters happiness and had horrible attitudes. You would be best to look elsewhere.
