Not a wise decision to move in! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   we were with gables for about 2 years and the overall experience with them has been very BAD..i would never recommend this to anyone, when there are much cheaper and nicer apartments in the very same road.. the place is quiet and safe, parking is good and shopping complex is nearby but that is the case with any apartment complex in valley ranch..for the extra money they charge, there is nothing extra special about this place.. earlier staff were extremely helpful but as days passed, they got replaced by very unprofessional and rude people and the situation is much worse now..they dont return calls and treat residents like crap..the walls are very thin.. maintenance service is not good, either...even after an earnest try i am unable to come up with one good reason why someone should go there to pay much more and get nothing in return for that money.. i would say a big NO, when u have much better choices just blocks away..am glad we are out!
