Could get a cheaper apartment that is equally comforttable. From: becky2000 Date posted: 10/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Overall, the apartments are very nice, quiet and the maintainance is excellent. But the grass was always covered by animal poop, complaints to management were never taken seriously. I had a smoking neighbor who would throw cigarette butts right outside my door, even after making a complaint they never did anything. The rent is just too high for no reason, I am happy to be moving out. And their office staff keeps being replaced by rude and unprofessional employees. I do not regret ending my lease and not renewing it.
