They suck! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I can personally say that my experience with the Gables was horrendous! I hate living here. First of all the apartments are old and the maintenance never can get anything on time. I had an infestation of ants because they said that theyre old exterminator didnt work there anymore and they hadnt sprayed my apartment for weeks. However like before everyone was nice. Now that its been taken over by Lincoln properties I notice that there is one guy who deserves to be slapped. What an ass. He's rude and impatient and looks very uncomfortable. He asked my what was my problem when I asked him a question about the terms of my lease. How unprofessional. I will never live on a Gables property again. Hopefully Lincoln can help and fire that new guy he sucks!
