Lincoln Properties is noticeably worse than the previous management!

Unfortunately, Gables has recently been taken over by Lincoln properties. I was actually hoping they would manage the property better but I am very disappointed. Although I wasn't completely happy with the staff at Gables (due to their CONSTANT staff turnovers), It's hard to believe Lincoln properties is significantly worse! The new manager (the mean looking short blond woman) and assistant manager are THE rudest women I have ever met. Not to mention they are FAKE and don't care at all about their residents. If this is any indication of what is to come, I will be out of here pretty soon. I feel like I have to warn everyone about this place because they (the staff especially) really do suck! Also, I've been seeing more cops difuse "situations" on premise so I'm thinking this place is not a safe place to live either- not that Lincoln properties would care! You have been warned!
