Do not live here or anywhere else that is managed by Lincoln Properties From: bja6536 Date posted: 9/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   I moved here when it was Gables at Valley Ranch and when they ran it the property was great. But, since the Lincoln Property people took it over it went down hill in a matter of months. First, the vandalism that has happened here since they took over has gone up. Not that it is their fault but at the same time they could care less if anything happens to your things and they do nothing to keep it from happening. The female in the office basically shrugged her shoulders and was basically like "sorry for you". The next problem everybody that works in the office has this I am better than you attitude and they won't lift a finger to help you at all. They also have gone up on rent saying the "market value" is higher now but the places around here with more square footage and that are newer and nicer than this place cost less. I wouldn't live here another month if they gave me free rent. I lived in this place for 4 years and was never late on rent and they treat me like I am nothing and I am not the only one that is having this problem here and at other Lincoln Properties. I had the same neighbor almost the whole time I lived here and he moved out in June because of the same reasons. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Unless you like being treated like a peon.
