Management Rating!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Hi, A rating of 5.0 seems very surprising. I am yet to meet a resident giving a positive feedback about the staff. Neither is there a welcoming smile or an initiative to help the customer. Once the lease is signed we are more like signing into bonded labour. Many of us are staying here because of the exemplary school opposite, not because of the greatness of the apartment. If there has been a sudden change in attitude which has catapulted the rating to 5.0 I am yet to feel the impact.
