When my lease is up I will be moving, this place will promise you things at time of lease signing, then after you sign lease you find out things are not as promised, for instance I was told we had curb side trash pick-up (not so) told they enforce towing if someone is in your assigned parking space (not so). You have to call them to fix the same thing over and over, cause they half-ass everything they do. The water bill will run you at least 50 dollars a month for two people. Just a horrible place to live.
