The main thing I do not like about living here is the community. The neighbors are really unfriendly and I've had my car broken into once and a friend of mine's that was staying over-night broken into. Also another friend of mines car was vandalized(paint scratched and tires slashed) when he parked in someone's reserved parking spot. I know he shouldn't have parked there but that is way extreme. Also the apartment claimed a 24-hour fitness center (which is important to us because my husband only works out at night), which was changed to a 8am-10pm fitness center 2weeks after we moved in (probrably due to the increasing crime). The management staff was very friendly and cooperative up until we moved in, now they seem to ignore us. I will say that maitenance is very good. They fix anything that breaks within a day or 2, sometimes on the sme day. But the walls are a lot thinner here than in any other apartment I've lived in. I can hear the neighbors upstairs turn on a TV or run water in thier sink. Also their pet policy is EXPENSIVE! 300$ pet deposit plus 30 dollars a month in pet rent.
