This complex has a friendly staff, okay maintenance but bad location. I live there over a year ago and had a year lease. I broke that lease after 5 months due to the notices every other day being posted on my door about break ins and sexual assaults on tenants. Being a single woman, living alone, this did not sit well with me.

I cannot believe they have not made any attempt to get a courtesy officer after what happened in 2000. My fiance was being stalked at certain times of the day....mostly after work hours but nonetheless this particular individual attempted to break into our apartment four times. Unfortunate for him he did not know my fiance was with anyone. We too had complained about the poor lighting, COLD hot tub, dirty pools, garbage every, dog shi* all over the property and a then very rude manager by the name of Julie made it an unnerving experience.
