Office Staff Is Incredibly Rude!!!

I've only lived here 6 weeks and we've had so many work orders from fixing the disposal, having the carpet recleaned because of the mildew smell, infested with ants (and other bugs) a leak under the sink in the bathroom, and the A/C going out, and being locked out because the deadbolt broke. And that's after calling the office on several occasions to get these things fixed! The office staff is incredibly rude and act like their property "couldn't possibly" have ANYTHING wrong with it!
