Okay, but there are better places

The pricing is okay, and have been pleased to be presented with a renewal rate $30 less than my current lease. The staff has been attentive, and added a "resident relations office" for leases, payments, services requests, etc for current residents and the main office is now a sales office. Very comfusing. Office staff seems attentive and nice.
However the complex has gone downhill in the past 2-3 years with trashy people moving in. These same people have no consideration for other neighbors and are constantly littering the complex grounds & being loud into the wee hours of the night (as late as 2-3am at times). Also frequent people parking in other resident?s assigned spaces (is it that hard to tell your visitors don?t park under the carports')
