I have lived there for 8 months now and both of my cars have been broken into twice. I complained to management and they said they had "never heard something like this happened before", bunch of liars. They keep telling people they are working on getting a courtesy patrol, but it's not true, how hard can it be to get one, they've been trying to get one for 8 months now! (so they say). I feel completely unsafe here, the parking lot is a mess, it has a bunch of deep holes in it and it's always wet. Management is the worst I've ever dealt with. I'll be extremely glad when I move out of there.

Try unloading your car sometime, and slip & fall on the wet slippery spots on the parking lot and bruise your tailbone (yes, it's the more HORRIBLE pain you will ever feel). Management, didn't even care to respond until a lawyer wrote a letter. I haven't been there in years, but I bet nothing about the parking lot has changed.
