The parking lot is a mess here, there are deep holes every where, there is always water coming from the drainage (I think) your cars never stay clean due to that. Upstairs neighbors are way too noisy. My car has been broken into twice and of course managament didn't give a damm. I want to get the hell out of here ASAP!

I lived there for 10 years, potholes were always a problem, because the cheap contractors they have to fill them don't know what the hell they're doing. They fix a pothole, then a month later it's already sinking and cracking. Management waits until you have a flat tire from potholes before they fix them and block off half the roads in the place to fix them, then they break again.
