Where should I begin, my lease is up @ the end of this month which I'm grateful for because I feel that we've been throwing money down the drain. The management staff is ok, but the pricing for this community is obsurd because we are not located in Las Colinas or Valley Ranch. Now their prices are even higher from when we first signed our lease. The fitness center, what fitness center' supposidly it's under renovation, for the past year. Getting to the foundation in my apt horrible. I have walls in my bedroom which are cracking in the middle. That would be the part of the wall under my window and the one above my closet, Do tell me how that crap happens. I've lived in other places for longer and didn't have this issue. The walls are paper rock thin, the first neighbor I had that lived above me use get beat down by her crazy boyfriend every nightand would let her huge dog run upstairs, seemed like her stupid ass did it on purpose. Which I would complain and nothing would be done till one of our other neighbors just called the police on them. Now the neighbor I have is ok except for the fact that u can hear everything she's doing from turning on the H2O in her restroom to banging noise as if it were a headboard hitting the wall. They have signs that tell you what to do when your animal uses the restroom, do they pick up after their pets' HELL NO, disgusting. The volleyball court, whatever you do, don't let your children play in it, it's gross, stupind people letting their catd use it like kitty litter. That's not all it's the season for the ANTS to start taking over, OMG I haven't seen so many ants @ once, me and my mother are very clean people and to have ants in my apartments was hideous. The office staff said it was because of the rain that they would get in the apt, but that they would get some exterminator of some sort, but of course the ANTS still came back. If you want an apt for the price of almost $800 with Ants as your roomies,plus your apt falling apart. Then you found the place.
