Where should I begin I have caught 5 mice so far. CANNOT stand the manager GINA she is rude and always smart mouth. I hate this place! Spent more money on keeping the mice away! The foundation is aweful took them 4 months to finally fix the cracked wall in my bedroom. You cant drive your car 2 feet without driving through a pot hole. Use to have a car wash area dont have that anymore, use to have a fitness center,they claim they are fixing it up. HOW ABOUT TELLING THE RESIDENTS AND GIVING SOME NOTICE'' What a DUMP and waste of money!

The new fitness center is going to be sweet, I hope you take time from griping and complaining to go check it out. I've only looked through the windows but it appears they have spent some real money on it.

Oh, you probably lived in my building. They had this bizzare creed that my mouse problem on the THIRD FLOOR was only in my apartment, therefore they would only exterminate my apartment..so all the neighbors got mousies until the poison wore off. Most likely, if you complained about mice, they only treated your apartment, so expect the mice to return. We went through this for TWO YEARS at Trinity. If you lived in another building, then this is a huge reflection of Trinity and the management. I hope you find another complex that has better pest control.
