For the reader listed below....This is a review from a person who was NEVER EVER late on a rent payment and never had a problem paying bills. ;) For the management, we were ideal renters.
I have a mixed review on this one. First, you have to pay for you water per law in Irving. However, they do not have a separate meter for each apartment, rather one meter for the whole building. That reading is divided evenly for each apartment. Bad news, One family had 8 people living in 1 apartment in our building! You can guess how high our water bill was, and how we payed part of their bill because we were a family of 2. When they were FINALLY (One year of complaints) evicted from that 1 bedroom apartment, our bill was cut by more than half.
The other problem. Mice. We were on the third floor, and mice had invaded our outdoor storage area. I told management that they should exteminate the buiding, since the mice made it to the third floor somehow. Common sense right' Nope, they refused to exterminate the building, just our apartment, so common sense again, it was could be foreseen, that the mice ran to another aparment until the poison wore off, then they were back in our storage area again. This went on and on with management for two years of them exterminating our apartment only, instead of doing the "right way." like we had asked repetedly. Gee, mice on the third floor, but they are ONLY on the third floor according to the management, but those little mousies had to get up there somehow. Flying mice'' Needless to say, after two years of living there, nearly everything in our storage space had been ruined by mouse pee, droppings and chew holes. All I can say as management gets Mind of Mencia's DEE-DE-DEE award.
Garbage from fliers all over the place, made it look like a dump.
The good news' This is the only complex that didn't try to rip us off when we left. We got our full deposit back. (Of course we let them know that we had video taped our move in and move out just in case.;)

Have you ever had the thought that maybe some residents in your building didn't want their apartments to be treated. Trust me I've seen it happen in my own building. Management can not tell you that this is the reason for fear of retribution against a resident. Just something to think about since you, like Mencia, think you have all the bases covered, when in actuality, you're not even close.

Um, yes I know the sistuation because I was in it. They didn't even ask the other tenants. They told me when I walked in the office to report the problem that they will ONLY exterminate ONE apartment because I was the only one complaining about a mouse problem. EVERY complex I have lived in, exterminated the ENTIRE building if one person complained of a pest problem. Unless the management at Trinity has ESP and KNEW the very second that I reported the problem, that the other tenants didn't want their apartments treated without asking them...Then maybe that might be the case. Trininty had this belief of Mousie Copperfield. Sounds like you don't have your bases covered.
And why are you so defensive of a bad review on an APARTMENT COMPLEX?? Do you work for the company? Are you management?? If not, I am concerned about you..getting all upset over a review that has nothing to do with you.
