Infested with roaches

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
This apartments are infested with roaches, ants and mice. They look nice but once you are there for a week you will see the roaches coming out. It seems to me that everytime my apartment get sprayed it gets worsed. I can't wait to move out of this apartments!!!!
