We have lived here for about 3 months. We have not be satisfied with our experience here; however, we don't have any horrid complaints either.

We did have a problem with ants, but my husband put down a little ant bait and that solved the problem. I have not seen a single Roach, mouse, or snake since we moved in.

Our dishwasher did not work properly and it was replaced within the week. We have had numerous complaints about maintenance issues, and although it is irritating to be forced to complain, the maintenance team is friendly and helpful and takes care of things quickly.

The old management was relatively rude, but so far the new management seems friendly. My biggest complaints are the noise I hear from our neighbors and the parking that forces me to carry my child across the parking lot, across the breezeway and then up the stairs. These apartments are old and carry a damp, mildew-like smell, but for the inexpensive rent that is to be expected.

We will be moving at the end of our lease as we are not completely satisfied, but we know we will have to pay significantly more in rent to live in a more satisfactory apartment in Irving.
